COTLR Platform - Membership and Sponsorship Setup Guide

This document outlines the standard procedure for establishing or updating sponsorships on the COTLR web platform.

[STEP_1] Navigate to the COTLR Website at app.cotlr.com and log into your account.

[STEP_2] Locate and click the Menu button, positioned at the top left corner of the interface.

[STEP_3] Select the option labeled "CWC Sponsorship" from the menu list.

[STEP_4] View the instructional video featuring Brother Michael for a comprehensive explanation of how the sponsorship program functions.

[STEP_5] Select your sponsorship type: Choose between Personal, Family, or Update options.

[STEP_6] For Personal Sponsorship, select your desired tier (Stone, Pillar, or Cloud) and click the "Support" button.

[STEP_7] For Family Sponsorship, select the family subscription option, specify the number of members, choose the specific individuals to include, and click "Continue".

[STEP_8] To Update Sponsorship (e.g., moving from Personal to Family), follow the prompts to either maintain your current personal sponsorship and add a new family plan, or merge your individual account into a new family group.

[STEP_9] Enter your Payment Card details, including First Name, Last Name, Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV code.

[STEP_10] Click "Continue" to proceed to the second phase of the setup.

[STEP_11] Enter your complete Billing Address information to finalize the transaction.
